1Overview #
A short form that goes straight to the people who build the product. Rate it from one to five stars, say what works and what does not, and suggest what would make your work easier.
It is the same form on the sign-in page, so somebody who cannot sign in - or has not bought yet - can write to us too.
When you are signed in, your name, e-mail, mobile, address and city are filled in from your login where it has them. Change anything that is not right; what you send is what we read. Your login and company are recorded with it by the server, so we know which installation it came from.
2Who it is for #
- Anybody who uses InvoiceNET, or is thinking of it.
- An administrator passing on what their team keeps asking for.
3What it is not for #
- An urgent fault that is stopping work - telephone your supplier. Feedback is read, but not as a support call.
- Anything confidential - passwords, card numbers, customer data. There is no need to send any of it.
4Step by step #
- Fill in About you: your name, mobile and e-mail are required. - They are how we reply. Address, city and country are optional.
- Pick the Module it is about, or leave it blank for the product as a whole. - Type a few letters to find it; modules are grouped as on the licence.
- Give Your rating - one star is poor, five is excellent. - Click a lit star again to clear it.
- Write in at least one of Remarks, Suggestions for improvement and Your thoughts. - Enter starts a new line; each box takes up to 2000 characters.
- Type the characters in the picture. - Capitals or small letters both work. New picture shows different ones.
- Press Send feedback (F5). - Every problem is listed at once, numbered. When it is accepted the form is replaced by a thank-you with your reference number, for example FB-000123.
5The fields #
About you
How we reply.
- Name - Your full name. Required 2 to 100 characters.
- Mobile - A number we can ring if you ask us to. Required 8 to 15 digits; spaces, dashes and a leading + are fine.
- E-mail - Where our reply goes. Required A valid address such as name@example.com; up to 150 characters.
- City - Where you are. Up to 100 characters.
- Address - Your address, as many lines as it needs. Up to 500 characters.
- Country - Picked from the list; you may type one that is not there. Up to 100 characters. India is filled in to start with.
Your feedback
What we read.
- Module - The part of InvoiceNET it is about - every module the product has, whether this company uses it or not. Blank is recorded as General.
- Your rating - One to five stars: Poor, Fair, Good, Very good, Excellent. Required
- Remarks - What worked, what did not, anything we should know. Up to 2000 characters.
- Suggestions for improvement - A feature you miss, a screen that could be quicker, a report you wish you had. Up to 2000 characters.
- Your thoughts - Anything else - the product, our support, working with us. Up to 2000 characters. At least one of these three boxes must have something in it.
Verification
Proof a person filled the form in.
- Characters in the picture - The five characters drawn in the picture. Required Good for one try and for 10 minutes. A wrong answer, or a form refused for any reason, shows a new picture.
6Rules and integrity #
- Where it goes - Straight to C-Land's licence server - the same server this installation checks its licence with - and nowhere else: nothing is kept in this installation's own databases. That is the moment you are thanked. Then, in the background, an e-mail goes to C-Land as well. If the licence server cannot be reached, the form says so and keeps nothing; send it again later.
- Who it says you are - Signed in, the server records your login, your company and your licence with it - from your sign-in, not from anything on the form. From the sign-in page, only what you type is recorded.
- Limits - Five messages an hour from one network address. A busy office sharing one connection may meet it; wait a little and send again.
- Who reads it - C-Land - the people who build InvoiceNET. It is read and acted on in C-Land's own licence portal; there is no screen in the ERP that lists what was sent.
- Hearing back - C-Land may e-mail you at the address you gave to say what was done about it - quoting your reference, for example FB-000123.
- Privacy - What you send is used to answer you and to improve the product. It is never sold or shared.
7Shortcut keys #
- F5 - Send feedback.
- Esc - Close the page (inside the ERP).

- The server did not return one.
- What to do
- Press New picture.
9For an administrator #
- The e-mail to C-Land - Goes to the address in the API's settings (Feedback:NotifyEmail), from the sender's company's Mail Account - or, from the sign-in page, the first company that has one. No mail account means no e-mail; the message is still stored on the licence server.
This is the help InvoiceNET® ERP shows beside the Suggestions & Feedback screen. Whether you have the screen depends on the modules of your licence and the rights your administrator has given you.
