1What it is for #
Once a licence is open, a menu down the side leads to six areas: Overview, Subscription, Billing, Users & Usage, Profile and Settings. On a phone the menu is a row across the top that scrolls sideways. Each area has its own address, so Back works and an area can be bookmarked.
2Who can sign in #
- The e-mail address registered on the licence - the one the licence was bought with, or changed to later in Profile.
- The e-mail address of an Administrator of that licence in the ERP, as long as that user is not disabled.
- Nobody else. Taking somebody's Administrator role away in the ERP takes effect here at once.
There is no password for this website. Each sign-in is a six-digit code mailed to the address you type.
3How to sign in #
- Open My account and type your e-mail address.
- Press the button to send the code. A six-digit code is mailed to that address. The page says the same whether or not the address may manage a licence, so it cannot be used to find out who is a customer.
- Type the code from the mail. It is good once, for a limited time, and five wrong tries end it.
- If the address manages more than one licence, choose the licence. Another licence at the top switches to a different one later.
- Sign out ends the sign-in in this browser. A sign-in also ends by itself after some hours.
4The six areas #
| Area | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Overview | What the licence is and holds, and cards for what needs doing - a renewal that is due, an invoice to read - with the quick ways on. The numbers beside the menu are the things to look at. |
| Subscription | Renewing, changing the plan from the next renewal, and adding users, modules, companies or branches. |
| Billing | Every invoice and credit note, the payments made, cancelling a recent order, and who the invoices are made out to. |
| Users & Usage | How many users, companies and branches the licence allows and how many are in use, and the users of the ERP. |
| Profile | The contact person, the mobile, the e-mail you sign in with, and the company and billing details that go on invoices. |
| Settings | Automatic renewal, a bank mandate, extra addresses that get a copy of each invoice, and signing out everywhere. |
5When something is refused #
Type your e-mail address.
- Why
- The box was empty.
- What to do
- Type the e-mail registered on the licence, or your ERP administrator e-mail.
That does not look like an e-mail address.
- Why
- What was typed is not in the shape name@domain.
- What to do
- Check for a missing @ or a space, and try again.
Too many codes have been asked for this address. Use the last one sent, or try again in a few minutes.
- Why
- Codes are limited, so the page cannot be used to flood a mailbox.
- What to do
- Use the latest code in your mailbox, or wait the minutes the message names.
The code could not be sent just now. Please try again in a little while, or contact us.
- Why
- The mail could not be handed over from our side.
- What to do
- Try again later. If it keeps happening, contact C-Land.
No mail arrives.
- Why
- The address may not manage any licence - the page does not say so, on purpose - or the mail went to spam.
- What to do
- Look in the spam or junk folder. Make sure it is the registered e-mail or an ERP administrator's e-mail; if unsure, contact C-Land.
Ask for a code first.
- Why
- A code was typed before one was sent.
- What to do
- Send the code, then type it.
Type the six-digit code from the mail.
- Why
- The code typed is not six digits.
- What to do
- Copy the code exactly as mailed.
That code is not right, or it has run out. Ask for a new one.
- Why
- The code was mistyped, already used, too old, or tried five times.
- What to do
- Ask for a new code and type the latest one.
This is the help InvoiceNET® ERP shows beside the My account screen. Whether you have the screen depends on the modules of your licence and the rights your administrator has given you.
