1How to use it #
- Automatic renewal: switching it on charges nothing and saves nothing by itself; the box Renew automatically is then already ticked when you next pay a renewal.
- Set up a bank mandate: a standing permission for your bank account (e-mandate), registered in the payment gateway's own window with net banking or a debit card. Tick the agreement first; no money moves then. Your bank confirms it in a few working days, and renewals are charged to it from then on.
- Who gets invoices and reminders: type up to 5 more addresses, one per line - your accounts team, say - and press Save. Each gets a copy of every invoice. Leave the box empty for the registered e-mail only.
- Sign out everywhere... ends My account in every browser where this address is signed in. Use it after signing in on a shared computer.
2When something is refused #

At most 5 extra addresses.
- Why

... is the registered e-mail: it gets every invoice already.
- Why
- The registered e-mail was typed as an extra address.
- What to do
- Remove it from the list.
