1How to use it #
- When a renewal is due, Renew your subscription shows the price for the next period. Pay it to carry on.
- Change your plan from the next renewal sets what the next renewal is for; nothing changes now.
- What your subscription holds lists the modules, users, companies and branches the licence has today.
- Add to your subscription: choose what to add and how many. What you are adding shows it priced, with GST for India.
- Check Billed to - the invoice is made out to those details. To change them, go to Profile before you pay.
- Pay on the payment gateway's own page. The addition is applied as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the invoice is mailed.
A link from C-Land can open this page with the additions already chosen, such as two more users. Check them and pay as usual.
2Rules #
- A module is bought once for the whole licence: its price is not multiplied by the number of users.
- Each financial year of a business is its own company database, and each counts as a company.
- A demo licence shows the modules it can try and, where allowed, how to extend the demo.
- When the licence cannot be added to here, the page says why, and who to contact.
