- 4 of 5 users in use means four active users, out of five the licence allows. A disabled user does not count.
- Each financial year of a business is its own company database, and each counts as a company.
- Users show their name and role only - never their e-mail or password.
- Users are added, changed and disabled in the ERP, under Administration - not here.
- Add users or companies leads to Subscription.
