4If something does not work #
Warehouse Dashboard is not on the menu / "You do not hold the right to open the Warehouse Dashboard. An administrator grants it in User Manager > Preferences > User Can View Warehouse Dashboard."
- Why
- The dashboard has a right of its own, among the user preferences: User Can View Warehouse Dashboard. Administrators always hold it.
- What to do
- An administrator ticks User Can View Warehouse Dashboard in User Manager > Preferences. Sign in again to see the menu item.
"This storage space is not run by the WMS - it has no bins, tasks or counts to show."
- Why
- Only a storage space run by the WMS has bins and tasks.
- What to do
- Pick a storage space run by the WMS.
"That storage space is not open to the branch you signed in to, or it no longer exists. Pick a storage space from the list."
- Why
- The storage space named is not one your branch may use.
- What to do
- Pick another, or sign in to the branch that owns it.
A tile shows ? and "This figure could not be read: ..."
- Why
- The query behind that one tile failed - usually a table of a later phase that is not installed in this company database. The other tiles are not affected.
- What to do
- Tell an administrator the text shown; the script that creates the table is run on this company database.
The figures do not change while I watch
- Why
- The dashboard is read when it opens and when Refresh is pressed; it does not refresh itself.
- What to do
- Press Refresh (F2).
The button on a tile opens a screen that says I do not hold the right
- Why
- The dashboard needs only its own View right; each screen and report asks its own.
- What to do
- An administrator grants the right named on that screen.
Storage bins in use shows a dash
- Why
- The storage space has no bin of type Storage or Pick face that is not inactive.
- What to do
- Add bins on Bin Master.
This is the help InvoiceNET® ERP shows beside the Warehouse Dashboard screen. Whether you have the screen depends on the modules of your licence and the rights your administrator has given you.
