Give customers their own sign-in to order, see deliveries, pay and raise requests, while your staff work the same orders from the desk.
The Customer Portal gives each customer their own sign-in. They see their invoices, ledger and overdue bills, and browse the products you publish to them with stock. They place orders, pay online, confirm deliveries and raise requests. Everything they do becomes an ordinary InvoiceNET® record. An order is a real sales order straight away. A payment becomes a draft receipt waiting for your approval. Short or damaged deliveries are reported against the invoice. Your staff work all of it from Portal Administration.
Why use it
- You take calls from customers asking what they oweHere they see their own invoices, ledger and overdue bills.
- You retype orders that arrive by WhatsAppHere a portal order arrives as a sales order in the ERP.
- You hear about short deliveries weeks laterHere customers report short or damaged lines against the invoice.
- You struggle to match online payments to receiptsHere each payment becomes a draft receipt you approve and post.
- You want different customers to see different productsHere you publish a catalogue to each customer group.
Key advantages
Orders land as real sales order vouchers, so there is no re-entry between the portal and the books.
Stock shown to customers is the same figure staff see on Stock Availability.
Payments pass through a draft receipt and approval, so nothing posts to the books unchecked.
Hub tiles show counts of work waiting, so staff see what needs attention first.
Terms and privacy notices are versioned, with a record of who accepted which version.
Business benefits

Customers check balances, bills and deliveries for themselves.
Orders without retyping
