Attendance and Payroll

From the first employee to a month paid.

Employees, shifts, attendance and leave, pay heads and templates, the pay bill and the salary payment, with claims and loans alongside.

Attendance and Payroll keeps your employees, counts what they worked, prices it and pays it. Pay is attendance times the pay template rate, plus or minus pay heads such as allowances, PF, ESI and loan recoveries. Make pay bills one at a time or for everyone in one run. Pay the batch from a bank or cash account with a bank advice, posted as one voucher. Leave, expense claims and loans run alongside with their own approvals. Each employee is a ledger account in InvoiceNET®, so payroll lands in your books.

Why use it

  • You rebuild the salary sheet in Excel every monthHere pay templates and attendance produce the pay bills.
  • You post salary payments to the books by handHere the salary payment posts one accounting voucher.
  • You forget loan recoveries in some monthsHere a recovery schedule is taken off each bill by itself.
  • You argue with staff over leave balancesHere leave is earned by policy, requested, approved and posted on its own.
  • You edit every employee for one incrementHere one change is applied to many employees at once.

Key advantages

Pay heads are ledger accounts, so PF, ESI and allowances land in their own accounts without a separate journal.

Batch Pay Bill Preparation makes a whole period's bills in one run, with a salary register to print or export.

Approved leave posts its own attendance entry, so leave and pay never disagree.

Expense claims post a journal when approved, so reimbursements reach the books with their approval.

Batch Assignment gives many employees the same shift, leave policy, pay head, template or increment in one run.

Employees are told what they were paid by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp.

Business benefits

Payroll in the books

Salaries, claims and recoveries post to the accounts as they are approved.

Faster month end

Services

Field staff claim travel expenses every week.

Claims are approved and post a journal, ready to be paid.
