How licensing works
There are no editions. Everyone gets the full ERP; what you can use is decided by what you buy: companies, branches, users, modules and features.

A new financial year needs one more company
When your books move into a new financial year, the ERP keeps that year in a new database. The earlier years stay available, and they keep counting. So plan for one more company each year, for each business.

Monthly or annual
Pay month by month, or pay for a year in advance. The annual price is eleven months for twelve months of service. The pricing page shows both totals for the plan you choose.
Currency and tax
The currency follows your billing country: Indian rupees for India, US dollars everywhere else. In India, GST is added at checkout and you receive a tax invoice. Outside India no GST is charged.
Managing your licence yourself
Once you are a customer, My account on this website shows what your licence holds and lets you renew it, add users, companies, branches and modules, lower the plan for the next renewal, switch automatic renewal on or off, and download every invoice. The same is in the ERP itself, under Admin > Subscription and Add-ons.
You sign in to My account with your e-mail address and a code we mail to it - there is no password. It works for the address your licence is registered to, and for the e-mail address of any Administrator of your ERP. It also works after a subscription has run out and nobody can sign in to the ERP any more: that is the place to renew it. Your companies and their data are kept.
You can also ask us to do it for you. Our staff cannot change your licence on their own say-so: they send a six-digit code to the e-mail address or mobile on your licence, with a sentence saying what they are about to change. Give them the code only if that is what you asked for; afterwards we mail you what was actually changed. Anything that costs money is mailed to you as a link that you pay yourself - our staff never take a payment. A code you did not ask for should be given to nobody.
