Getting started
Step-by-step guides to setting up and using InvoiceNET® ERP, one for each part of it. They are the same guides the ERP itself shows.
Getting started
Sign in, choose your company, find your way around, set up the first day and enter your first voucher.
Start with this one
Accounts
From the chart of accounts and opening balances to a trial balance you can trust - receipts, payments, contra and journals, allocations, banks, dates and closing periods, GST returns and the reports.
Admin
From a new company to users who can sign in and see what they need - companies, structure, users, rights, sessions, licence and the logs, for administrators.
Approvals
Everything waiting on your decision, in one place - the inbox, the bell, e-mail and reminders, each approval desk, who sees what, and the reports.
Attendance & Payroll
From the payroll masters and the first employee to a month paid - attendance, pay bills, salary payment, leave, claims and loans.
Cashier
From a counter set up to a day opened, billed, collected, counted and closed.
Communications
From the first mailbox and gateway to a shared inbox, team working, the outbox, bulk messages, automatic messages, self-service and the reports.
CRM
What the CRM module is, how to set it up on the first day, and how an enquiry travels from a contact to a lead, to a deal, to a bill in the books.
Customer Portal
From switching the portal on to customers ordering, paying and raising requests - and the daily desk work behind it.
Document Management
Keeping the papers behind every record - where they are stored, who may use them, attaching and finding them.
Employee Time Management
From punches on the device to worked hours in payroll - devices, the time log, manual punches, extra work and overtime.
Fixed Assets
From asset items and categories to the register, buying, custody, depreciation, transfer and disposal, revaluation and impairment, capital work in progress, maintenance and AMC, tagging and verification, and the reports - what the module holds and how each job is done.
Inventory
From units, items and opening stock to stock you can trust - how stock moves, is stored, counted, reserved and valued, and the reports that prove it.
Linked Transactions
From an order to the documents that fulfil it - what may load what, loading on the voucher, the Manage Linked Transactions page with Set Off and Auto Set-Off, short-closing with reasons, and the reports.
Manufacturing
From a bill of materials to finished goods in stock at the right cost - BOMs, operations, production orders, production vouchers and the reports that show them.
My Reports
Your company's own custom reports - finding them, running them as a grid, pivot or graph, printing, e-mailing and scheduling them, who may see which, and the custom tables behind them.
Order Management
Quotations, sales orders and purchase orders - the credit check, stock reservation, delivery dates, re-ordering, closing and what is still pending.
Purchase
What the Purchase module does, how to set it up, and how a purchase travels from an order to a bill, a payment and the GSTR-2B match - screen by screen.
Reports
How every standard report works - finding it, its filters, the four views, large reports, drilling down, printing, export, e-mail and scheduled delivery - and the Home dashboard.
Sales
What the Sales module is, how to set it up on the first day, and how a sale travels from a quotation to an invoice, a receipt and the reports.
Settings
Which settings to check for a new company, what each page does, who may change it, how saving works, and where the voucher type and module settings live.
Tools & Utilities
The utilities every module shares - importing and exporting masters in bulk, closing transaction periods, and designing your own pages in InvoiceNET® Studio - and the tools that live with their own module.
Warehouse Management
What the Warehouse Management module is, how it is licensed, how a storage space is laid out in zones and bins, how the bins hold stock and are kept equal to the books, how stock that came in is put away by scanning and stock that goes out is picked by scanning, the stock transfer vouchers it lists, and where storage spaces and the stock reports are. It also covers counting: a count started from a plan, counted blind on the phone, recounted and approved, and posted as one Physical Stock voucher. It also covers replenishment of the pick faces and transfers between storage spaces in two steps. It also covers control: the Warehouse Dashboard, the list of everything waiting for approval, the rules that say who is asked, and counting by pallet. It also covers vans: a van switched on for the WMS with one bin, loaded from the warehouse's bins and sold from on the route. It also covers the customer portal: showing customers what the warehouse can actually supply.
Workflow Management
From a first approval route to documents moving through it - step names, set-up, conditions, the route diagram, attaching to a voucher type, deciding, the Workflow Manager, notifications, escalation and reports.
